Best Skincare Ingredients For Women Over 40 & Over 50
Well, hi my skincare besties? It's Tonia, your skincare expert and skincare entrepreneur. And today I'm going to give you tips for best skincare ingredients that you need for women over 40 and women over 50. I'm going to give you all the information about it coming up again. Before we get started, please make sure you like and subscribe to my channel. So this way I can make sure you save money on the best medical grade skincare. So today we're going to be talking about the four best ingredients that we have, and that everyone should be using if you're over the age 40 or over the age 50, because these products are the miracle workers. They're the ones that keep our skin looking youthful, renewed, fresh and radiant. So the first one we're going to be talking about is glycolic acid. Now glycolic acid is such an amazing ingredient and ours in our Inance medical grade products is actually a 15%.

So this is super high, but what's great about it is it totally helps resurface and refresh your skin. So if you're over the age 40 or over the age 50, this is my number one pick that you should be using. Now, if you have any glycolic acid issues where you get sensitivity or anything like that to it, it could be because you're using it too often. I recommend only using this once per week to start out. And if you do have any sensitivity, then we can switch you to a different product. But most people, when they think they have sensitivity to glycolic acid, it's actually something else. Or it's an overuse of glycolic acid because it's actually really well tolerated. The second must have product is hyaluronic acid. HA serums are one of the best skin quenchers that there is around. I absolutely love my hyaluronic acid serums.

A lot of people are, you know, turn to petroleum jellies and different things like that when they have super dry skin, which does work, but it clogs your pores. It's not good to be putting on your face at all. And hyaluronic acid serum absolutely gives your skin. The moisture that it needs. And ours in particular is super concentrated and everyone who's been using it is really, really loving it. So basically hyaluronic acid helps your skin retain its moisture. So of course, you're going to be less dry. You're going to have less visible wrinkles. It's absolutely going to help save the day.

And I do not ever "not" use my hyaluronic acid serum. I love it. And I live in Nevada in Las Vegas, so it's super dry. But even when I go to California or Florida, I feel like I need my ha serum. I can tell if I'm not using it for a day that I need it. I, and I can tell that there definitely is a difference. So number one, like cholic acid, number two, hyaluronic acid.

The third of course is retinol because it helps increase collagen production and it increases your cell turnover on your skin. Therefore giving you fresher more renewed skin underneath once you're using a retinol, you can totally tell when you aren't using it. Now, some people want, want retinol. Some people don't want retinols. And I also think it's sometimes because you're using the wrong strength, you're overusing it. There's a lot of different factors involved. So I always recommend that you start with the lower percentage. This is the old 0.5%. So if you've never used a retinol, you can start with this.

And then you only use it once to two times per week at night. And then you can start to go every other night. And if you can tolerate it, then you can start to use it every night. Then you move up to the 1% you don't start out at the 1%. I have clients who say, Tonia, I can tolerate it. Just give me all of it. Well, I don't really like to do that. I like to give you all of the products. I tell you exactly how to use them, but there are certain things you need to use together, and you don't want to overuse certain products because then it can give you the negative effect.

And then the fourth it's vitamin C serum. Now this is a vitamin C plus E plus ferulic acid. So it's like the trifecta of the best. Uh, if you don't know what vitamin C does, it helps lighten dark spots. It helps brighten your skin. It gives you a more useful radiant glow. It's really, really important in your skincare regimen. Now, a lot of other people feel that they have a vitamin C intolerance and it does happen at times, but again, it could be the brand, the vitamin C you're using is a strength too high. Are you overusing? Because if, if it is starting to bother you, maybe you only use it once or twice per week. Some people are using it morning and night. So then perhaps you could get a little bit of irritation from that, but I try to always avoid irritation. There's so many different products out there.

I teach you how to layer them, how to use them when to use them so that you can get the best results and get the most beautiful skin that you can possibly get. Because we don't want to do things that are going to hurt it. We want to help it. Another thing that helps avoid skin irritation is all of the products from the Inance medical line are gluten-free fragrance-free fragrance. A lot of times can give you irritation issues. It's also, paraben the sulfate free. Those also can give you issues. It's made in the USA clinically there's clinical trials, and cruelty-free on and on and on because when you're doing everything that you can to give our, you know, to give our clients the best clean skincare out there, you're going to have less irritation and get the maximum results.
