Okay, so today we're talking about Dr. Dennis Gross, it's ferulic acid plus retinol. They have a triple correction eye serum. So this is really interesting to me because a lot of people always ask me, "Well, Tonia, how can we use retinol on our eyes? Because you always tell us not to put it around our eyes, not to put it in the corners of our mouth or on the sides of our nose, because it can be irritating." And that's absolutely true, but it totally depends upon the strength of the retinol. If the retinol is super intense, half of a percent, 1%, absolutely not. We don't want to do it.
Now with this, it's not saying exactly what the percentage is, but there has been clinical trials done from what I'm seeing here online. And they're saying it's safe for use on the eyelid, which means there has been trials done to give that information. That your makeup will apply more evenly and smoothly because this goes, of course, under the eyes and around. And it's cruelty-free, vegan and paraben-free, which is the same as Inance. Our new medical grade line is all gluten-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, made in the USA, cruelty-free, all the things that you want. So it's nice that Dr. Dennis Gross has some of those same things.
It reduces the visible signs of aging and firms the skin. So you can use this on your eyes. So those of you who do want a retinol, and you do want an eye cream, this is something that you could use, that absolutely will help. There's not a one size fits all for everyone when it comes to skin care. Some people want retinol because everyone knows retinol can really help with anti-aging. It's one of the number one anti-aging ingredients that I talk to my clients about when they're wanting to prevent further damage on their skin.
I don't use a retinol on my eyes. I use retinol all over my face, and then I use our vitamin K cream from Inance because it's amazing and helps with any puffiness and any darkness around the eyes. And that's what I have been using. And it makes a humongous difference. I can tell from when I'm using it and when I'm not using it.
