Inance Medical Grade Skincare
Well, hi everyone. This is Tonia with an Inance skin care. And today we're going to be talking about which retinol you should choose. Are you using the retinol? You definitely should. If you're over the age of about 21, you can start using the retinol. Let's do it. I'm going to give you all the information coming up. But before we get started, if you would please be so kind as to like, and subscribe to my channel this way, we can always stay connected and I can make sure I give you amazing coupon codes to save on skincare. So today we're going to be talking about an ant medical skincare it's medical grade, and we have two different retinols to choose from. We have the oh 0.5%. This is a patent retinol complex. And then we also have the 1%, which is also a patent retinol complex.
So there is vitamin E and vitamin C in both of these. And there's a lot of maybe controversy. Should there be vitamin C and E and retinol. And the answer is yes to a certain degree. And I'll tell you, my answer is yes, at least in our retinol compounds because the vitamin C and the vitamin E we do small trace amounts in the retinol, and then it self stabilizes the product, which means that it keeps the potency of the product. It keeps everything the way that it should be fresh. And so when you're taking it out of the pump, cause these are all airless pumps. You're getting the highest quality ingredients that have stabilized themselves and haven't lost any of their potency. And this surprises me all the time. When I talk to just everyday people, you know, I'll go on, you know, my friends or this was the wildest thing in a spa.
I went into the spa manager. Doesn't even use a retinol. She used bar soap. I couldn't believe it. When I heard that she actually just used bar soap on her face it, she was the manager of this luxurious spa. So we need to make sure we're all taking care of ourselves and taking care of our skin. Because even if you look great, that's could be because you're younger, even if you're older and you look great, you want to make sure that you're taking care of your skin. And retinol really is one of the number one anti-aging compounds. And I highly recommend it for acne for fine lines and wrinkles. It helps clump the skin. It's when I use my retinol because I use it every other night. I see a complete difference the next morning, literally I wake up and I see just a total difference whether I used retinol the night before, or I didn't, some people like to use it every night and you can do that as well.
But it's working really well for me cause I have eczema on my face. And if I use this every other night, I'm not getting any irritation. So what type of retinol should you use, which should you use the point of 5% or the 1%? If you've never used retinol before you should start with, oh 0.5%, you should try it two to three times a week and only use a pea size amount so that you're not putting too much retinol because that can cause irritation. I would do like a Tuesday, Friday, or if you have an event or something you're going to add. Cause it's, sometimes it can help. It can make your skin peel sometimes not everyone's different. And some people think if your skin isn't appealing, then it wasn't working, but that's not true. You don't always need to peel your skin for the retinol to work.
Sometimes you're just shedding little dead, dry skin cells, but it's not completely flaking, especially if you're using a good moisturizer and a serum. You're not going to even see that because you're adding so much moisture into your skin during that time. So if you've never used retinol before, again, I would try with the oh 0.5%. And depending upon your skincare regimen, I can help you choose which one that you should get and how to incorporate it into your regimen. So if you have used the, have you used retinol before and your skin tolerates it really well, you can go with the 1%. This is super strong. Um, if you haven't used your retinol before, I wouldn't suggest diving right into this, you can, some people are like, bring on the stuff that really works. Uh, and this does work, but I would recommend only using it once to maybe twice for a week.
Again, some clients I have used it every night and that could be because they used to use, you know, tretinoin or Retin-A is that they got, you know, from their physician, but this is over the counter. But this because of our self stabilization and everything that works with our patented retinol complex to me, I think it works better than the prescription retin-a, all CF, be careful with the prescription prescription retin-a, if you've been using it for years and years and years, sometimes it can then your skin too much. And I've heard a lot of different stories with it. So that's why I prefer an over the counter retinol. You get much less irritation. You can use it so much longer and it still gives you beautiful, amazing results. So I hope I answered your questions when it comes to retinol.
